What the Role Involves

• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment in a high-volume environment
• Performing light assembly of products while following company standards and quality guidelines
• Labeling, scanning, and verifying shipments to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Inspecting products for quality and resolving or escalating discrepancies
• Supporting inventory organization, restocking, and general warehouse operations
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Working collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
